SEASON FINALES

Tis' the season of season finales and i will now rant accordingly.

CHUCK's finale was daaaaamn nice.
SPOILER MOAN:
Killing off Bryce (or so we think?) was a reallllyyy good move. Just like how JJAbrams loves to kill off important people very suddenly in Alias or Lost or Fringe(1st epi only). Or how Joss Wheddon does it so well on Buffy and Angel. Gives me that jolt of emoness to sustain my viewship.

DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES is so-so.
Nothing new in the way things are going down.
SPOILER SHOUT:
Was about time Edie got the death la.
She's the only cast member flexible enough to let go. (Other than Katherine)
Quite a stupid tribute episode that followed after that. Loopholes kaukau.
She should be filled with bitchin pissedness and insults towards the husband in her narrations la.

HEROES is so effed up and pukesome i can no longer find the words to loath it anymore than i already do. Stupid season ending. Stupid way to kill off a character (sort off) and even stupider acting from the former cheerleader. Stupid season ending. Oh ya. Said that already.

FRINGE is getting fringly nice.
Started off very slow. Xfiles wannabe.
But now we're finally seeing JJAbram's sci-fi philosophical touch coming into view.
SPOILER BLINK:
Army of soldiers to fight the supernatural battle?
In this context, I dig.

PUSHING DAISIES is just ok. Still whimsical. Still full of colour.
Will need to wait and see how colourful the last 2 episodes tie up before it closes down for good.
I still find it a challenge to keep up with the dialogs. Which are always fun la. Hehe.

DOLLHOUSE is a let down compared to THE OTHER of GeniusJoss' work la.
Eliza Duskhu's acting is nothing short of monotonous.
Nothing particularly new about the show also.
Plus Topher gets more and more annoying each episode.
Aih. Sorry Joss. Won't be suprised if the show gets the can soon.

HagridHiggs handed me KINGS the other day.
2 words hit me while watching the 1st epi - "Battlestar" & "Galactica"
It's so so similar. The mood. The way it's shot. The brother sure like wan.
So philosophical and biblical somemore.
His cup of tea la.

Been downloading random episodes of THE MENTALIST as well.
Quite an interesting show.
Wouldnt mind actually watching the whole season if someone can gimme.

STUPID STUPID STUPID

Can the good people @ BBC please cancel off Heroes and spare us the agonising anti-climatic story already?...
We know we're going to be disappointed with whatever they throw us.
So please get it over and done with.

I'm such a sucker for stories that start off addictive and then drag and drag on forever.

My obsessive compulsive disorder compels me to watch Heroes, Lost & Desperate Housemilfs because godamit i wanna know the ending, NOT because the show's are getting any better....

I find myself cursing out loud in every episode now.

Spoilers:
Syler is pathetic. Unless he eventually kills off Microwave kid, the whole paedophile "protege" thing going on is stupid.
Hiro is stupid. I can't take his "it is our destiny" talk anymore. 2 seasons was enough.
If Daphne is really dead, then that's stupid too. Absolutely no justifications for her character.
Let's not even start with Arthur's demise. Buffy's big bads go down with more oomph.
Claire is getting unbearable. With so much death and betrayal going on around her, she should be on the verge of an emotional kamikaze. Head kena cut open. Mother ter-killed herself (technically murdered la) Father is an ass. Flying boyfren was a meaningless filler. Biological father is an even bigger ass. ARGH.

Where is Micah?
Where is Muscle Mimic girl?
Where is Flying Filler bf in season 2?
Where is the Hasian?
What was the deal with Nikki/Jessica?
What was the deal with Stacy?
What were they thinking when they brought Adam into the story? ..And then killed him off so meaninglessly? Same goes for Matt's supposedly super psychic boogeyman dad....
Where is Kaitlyn?
What were they thinking when they brought in Maya and Alejandro?!

Niaseng.

Heroes sucks.
Big time.

And the worse part is... i will still watch it everyfrigginweek.
Argh.

It's soooo becoming another X-men / 4400....
Which pisses me off even more...

Addictive & assfriggin awesome...
TRUE BLOOD: season 2 pls FASTER get here.
DEXTER: season finale so close i can slobber all over it.
CALIFORNICATION: makes me wanna be a writer. for all the wrong reasons.


Dreadful & halfway down the drain...
HEROES: draggy subplots. Roll-eyes so much my sockets hurt.
DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES: running out of fresh ideas. Yawn.


On the fence...
FRINGE: 3d text galore. X-files wannabe.
PUSHING DAISIES: killer script but lacking on the addictive part.
CHUCK: Nice. Not excellent. But still fun to watch when predicting the plot twist. Can scream "it's coming! it's coming!" with housemate.
